Jumpmaster Master Sgt. Danny Richards, 82nd Sustainment Brigade, performs a pre-inspection on the first group of soldiers and airmen jumping during the 14th Annual Randy Oler Operation Toy Drop at Pope Army Air Field Dec. 10. Richards expects to do more than 200 pre-inspections over the course of the day, which will consist of more than 1,500 paratroopers and 30 airborne jumps.
