A Cambodian jumpmasters does pre-jump rehearsals for the 14th Annual Randy Oler Operation Toy Drop on Pope Army Air Field, N.C., Dec. 10. Ten countries are participating and more than 4,000 paratroopers will jump over the week-long charity event, hoping to raise tens of thousands of donated toys for children around the nation.
