U.S. service members with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) and Vietnamese National Representatives conduct the 30th Anniversary of their relations in Hanoi, Vietnam, Dec. 12, 2018. The 30th Anniversary was held to commemorate and recognize both the U.S. and the Vietnamese in their efforts to return fallen U.S. service members home.
