    Command Sgt. Maj. Benjamin Jones, United States Army Pacific Command, Senior Enlisted Advisor, presents a coin for excellence to Sgt. Erica Earl, I Corps, 5th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, Dec. 11, 2018 during his visit to Camp Higashi-Chitose on Hakkaido, Japan.

    Jones met with Northern Army Soldiers from the Japan Ground Self Defense Force, Soldiers from America's First Corps, and United States Army Japan during his visit in support of Exercise Yama Sakura 75.

    Yama Sakura underscores the strength of the close, long-standing relationship the United States has with Japan and the Japan Ground Self Defense Force. Yama Sakura demonstrates the continuing commitment to deepen our strong ties and mutual friendship.
