NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Nov. 30, 2018) Construction Mechanic 3rd Class David Truell, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, describes the resealing process of a hydraulic ram to Rear Adm. Brian Brakke, commander, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, during his visit to Sailors stationed in Spain Nov. 30, 2018. NMCB-1 is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, and theater security cooperation in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations.
