Henry Parrott, an industrial design student at the College for Creative Studies, Detroit, describes his novel vehicle concepts to Soldiers and civilians from the U.S. Army Tank Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) and Michigan National Guard during a concept out brief, Dec. 11.
