WASHINGTON (Oct. 31, 2018) A screen image of the coaching tool application used by fleet Sailors from their personal mobile devices during a test phase for the new Performance Evaluation System, which is currently in development. This tool supports a coaching process in which a Sailor will conduct a self-assessment and then receive feedback from peers, subordinates and their supervisor. This information rich, holistic feedback will lead to more candid and worthwhile coaching and mentoring sessions. (U.S. Navy Graphic/Released)
