Atsugi, as he excavates the grounds of a pre-engineered building (PEB) project site. The PEB is being built as a shade shelter for welders to be able to accomplish their work more efficiently for other projects. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
