Guam-Construction, edit and discuss the quality control plan for a project to construct a concrete ceremonial pavilion in support of the U.S. Coast Guard. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
