181204-N-PA017-1026 CAMP COVINGTON, Naval Base Guam (Dec. 4, 2018) Builder 2nd class Jonathan Schmitz, from Stevensville, Mont., and assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. Guam-Construction, works on a precedence diagram for a project to construct a boat storage facility in support explosive ordnance disposal operations. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
