Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy visited with sailors assigned to 30th Naval Construction Regiment, Task Force Forager Dec. 7, 2011. MCPON Rick D. West is presented a certified flag by 30NCR Chiefs Mess by Command Master Chief Corey A. Heinrich. The flag was flown in honor of West on the Navy’s Birthday. The 30th Naval Construction regiment is currently deployed to Afghanistan in support of executing general engineering, infrastructure construction and project management in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
