Petty Officer Kelly Corcoran, is congratulated for a job well done from MCPON Rick D. West during her “frocking” ceremony. Corcoran is currently deployed to Afghanistan in support of executing general engineering, infrastructure construction and project management in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
