West meets with Command Master Chief Corey A Heinrich 30th Naval Construction Regiment in preparation for command “frocking” ceremony. The 30th Naval Construction regiment is currently deployed to Afghanistan in support of executing general engineering, infrastructure construction and project management in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
