Devon Forester, an infantry rifleman with the Light Armored Reconnaissance Det. of Battalion Landing Team (BLT) 3/1, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), cleans a Mark 19 40mm grenade launcher aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23), Nov. 17, 2018. The Anchorage and embarked 13th MEU are deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations as a crisis response force in support of regional partners as well as to promote U.S. national security interests in Europe and Africa.
