U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Jordyn J. Heidrich, an intelligence specialist attached with 1st Marine Division, Receives a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal from U.S. Marine Captain David T. Weaver, an intelligence officer with 1st MARDIV, while wearing Mission Oriented Protective Posture Level 4—the highest Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear of protection for Marines— during exercise Steel Knight (SK) 2019 at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California, Dec 4., 2018. Heidrich, a Denver native, received the NAMM while serving as an intelligence specialist with the “Blue Diamond” for superior achievement. SK is an annual exercise used to enhance the Marines' and Sailors' skills, tactics, and combat readiness by performing in various dynamic scenarios, ground combat maneuver operations, and live fire ranges.
