NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Nov. 29, 2018) Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Zhijun Miao, from Zhangjiakou, China, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) supply department, receives his frocking letter from Cmdr. Arcangelo Dell'Anno, Ford’s supply officer, and Master Chief Logistics Specialist Gersham Lewis, during a promotion ceremony in the ship’s weapons handling area. More than 125 Ford Sailors advanced from the Fall 2018 Navy-wide advancement exam.
