NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Nov. 30, 2018) Cryptologic Technician (Collection) 2nd Class Benjamin Mizuo, from Everett, Washington, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) intelligence department, receives his Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist certificate from Cmdr. David Kawesi-Mukooza, Ford’s intelligence officer, during a promotion ceremony at Victory Arch. More than 125 Ford Sailors advanced from the Fall 2018 Navy-wide advancement exam.
