West Virginia Swift Water Rescue Team (WVSWRT) members rescues a stranded kayaker on a rock in the middle of the Deerfield River using a highline during a Vigilant Guard Massachusetts exercise on Nov. 7, 2018. The team used highlines, rope rescue throw bags and dib boats during the varying scenarios.
