Members of the Kazakhstan deligation stand for the playing of the Kazakhstan and United States National Anthems on December, 2 during the 2018 Arizona National Guard Muster in Tuscon, Ariz. The muster, which traces its roots to the original formation of state militias in the 1600's, is held once every four years as a means of connecting Arizona guardsmen with the communities they serve.
