An Airborne Jump Master from Brazil practices jump procedures Nov. 30, 2018 at Fort Bragg, N.C., in preparation for U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command's 21st annual Operation Toy Drop. Operation Toy Drop is a combined airborne training event comprising airborne paratroopers from eleven partner nations.
