JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Oct. 26, 2018) – Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Gisell McVey, a respiratory technician at Naval Hospital Jacksonville’s Internal Medicine Clinic, performs a pulmonary function test. McVey, a native of Yuma, Arizona, says “We treat conditions such as emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma, cystic fibrosis, and pneumonia. Our team is dedicated to getting the patients healthy again so they can live their life.” Respiratory Care Week is Oct. 21 – 27.
