Recruits with Hotel Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, perform log drill exercises at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Nov. 26. Physical training is utilized to strengthen the body and develop a strong character embodying our core values through teamwork. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Hotel Company is scheduled to graduate Jan. 18.
