Engineering Aides Constructionman Tyrese Hudson and Constructionman Apprentice Edwin Rodriguez, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, perform a concrete slump test before laying the foundation for new street lights on Naval Station Rota, Spain, Nov. 20, 2018. This project serves to provide safe lighting conditions for the road system on base.
