(Nov. 16, 2018) Builder 3rd Class Evan Lisano and Builder Constructionman Brett Thomas, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. San Clemente Island, place form work for construction of a concrete bunker as part of an aerial target drone launch site project. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
