General Jeanot Essono Engueng, Armed Forces of Gabon, gives remarks during the closing ceremony of an African Partner Outbreak Response Alliance (APORA) conference in Monrovia, Liberia. During APORA, military and civilian leaders will work together to align best practices and improve response capabilities for potential outbreaks of contagious diseases.
