Matthew Brooks, Alpha Company, 629th MI Battalion, 58th Expeditionary Military Intelligence Brigade (EMIB), finishes a 6.6 mile ruck march, 02 November 2018 at Gunpowder Military Reservation in Glen Arm, Maryland. The ruck march was the first of multiple events conducted during the 2-day 58th EMIB Best Warrior Competition, consisting of one Officer, one Non-Commissioned Officer, and four junior enlisted soldiers from various units throughout the Brigade.
