(Nov. 9, 2018) Equipment Operator 1st Class Mark Ramos and Construction Mechanic 1st Class Joshua James, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. San Clemente Island, drill blast patterns for upcoming blasting operations at a San Clemente Island quarry. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
