181117-N-RJ834-0367 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Nov. 17, 2018) Sailors participate in a small arms live exercise fire aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Gonzalez (DDG 66). USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) Carrier Strike Group (CSG) cruiser-destroyer (CRUDES) units are completing first East Coast CRUDES Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT) exercise. SWATT is led by the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) and is designed to increase warfighting proficiency, lethality and interoperability of participating units.
