CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait— Pvt. Sterlin Young, an Enterprise, Ala., native and a tanker with 1st Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team (Advise and Assist), 1st Cavalry Division, fires a weapon at simulated targets while using an Engagement Skills Trainer 2000 at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Nov. 2. The EST allows soldiers to hone their weapons skills and practice firing fundamentals without using real rounds.
