Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, November 17, 2018 – The military sets up a humanitarian tent to be used as a temporary home for Alex Laniyo (center) and his family whose home was damaged by Super Typhoon Yutu. The tent support package is part of the Commonwealth's Emergency Response Plan and the package includes a 16’L x 16’W x 7’0-11’H tent, portable beds, a toilet kit, a five-gallon solar bag shower, a multi-fuel stove, cookware, and two five-gallon (collapsible) water cubes. The military is deployed to Saipan, Tinian, Rota, and Guam to help FEMA and the Commonwealth deliver aid to those affected by Super Typhoon Yutu. Grace Simoneau/FEMA
