Civilians from the village of Chalan Konoa, Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, move their debris piles to the middle of the road to aid the Guam Army National Guard in collecting the debris, Nov. 17, 2018, in support of the Super Typhoon Yutu relief efforts.
