BANGOR, Wash. (Nov. 16, 2018) Cmdr. Nathan Luther, from Sacramento, California, right, relieves Cmdr. John Frye, from San Diego, California, as the Blue crew commanding officer of the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Henry M. Jackson (SSBN 730) during a change of command ceremony held at the Bangor Chapel. Henry M. Jackson is one of eight Ohio-class ballistic missile submarines homeported at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor, and is the only Ohio-class submarine that is not named after a state.
