U.S. Army soldiers from Task Force Griffin install concertina wire at Juarez-Lincoln Bridge in Laredo, Texas as part of port hardening capabilities requested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection in support of Operation Secure Line. The installation was performed at night in order to not adversely impact CBP processing of passenger vehicle traffic along the bridge span. November 15, 2018.
