U.S. Army Lt. Col. James Toomey, United States Embassy to the Republic of Djibouti senior defense official and defense attache, salutes after placing a U.S. flag during a ceremony on Remembrance Sunday, Nov. 13, at the Djibouti New European Cemetery here. During the ceremony, participants honored 13 men who died during World War II with song, prayers, poems and scripture, two minutes of silence as well as the laying of wreaths and a U.S. flag.
