Chief of Staff of the Army Gen. Raymond Odierno sits in a Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station mounted Mine-Resistant Ambush-Protected All-Terrain Vehicle during a tour of equipment being considered for integration into the Army at White Sands Missile Range, N.M., Nov. 18. The tour was intended to showcase some of the equipment being tested and evaluated during the Network Integration Evaluation. The NIE is testing the ability to send large amounts of data faster with the least amount of equipment.
