    181103-N-IB739-1002 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Nov. 3, 2018) Chief Construction Electrician Richard Simbre, assistant officer in charge (OIC) of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. Yokosuka, cuts a fence into movable pieces during an OIC discretionary project to remove a damaged fence and exposed pole stubs around the perimeter of a Morale Welfare & Recreation field that present a safety hazard to personnel onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations. Seabees provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces globally.
