NAVAL BASE VENTURA COUNTY-POINT MUGU, Calif. (Nov 12, 2018) Capt. Jeff Chism, commanding officer of Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), welcomes residents and military personnel assigned to NBVC Point Mugu back to base after the mandatory evacuation order was lifted Nov. 12.
