    (Left) Spencer Roylance, a GIS specialist from the Wilmington District talks with Mike Montone, Savannah District, Operations Division, Chief, during a visit from Montone to the EFO in Albany, Ga. Roylance is currently deployed in support of Hurricane Michael. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers along with local government officials, started debris removal activity in Georgia, under the direction of the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency (GEMA/HS) and Federal Emergency Management Agencies (FEMA) as part of the FEMA debris mission assignment.
