Col. Daniel Hibner, the Savannah District, commander, greets Allan Bastura, a quality control supervisor, in Seminole County, Ga. Hibner presented him with Savannah District coin and lauded his efforts in supporting Hurricane Michael.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers along with local government officials, started debris removal activity in Georgia, under the direction of the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency (GEMA/HS) and Federal Emergency Management Agencies (FEMA) as part of the FEMA debris mission assignment.
