    Col. Daniel Hibner, the Savannah District, commander, greets Bill Latham, a quality assurance inspector from the Vicksburg District. Hibner thanked the team for their dedication to helping citizens of Georgia and supporting Hurricane Michael. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers along with local government officials, started debris removal activity in Georgia, under the direction of the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency (GEMA/HS) and Federal Emergency Management Agencies (FEMA) as part of the FEMA debris mission assignment.
