Pinto, assigned to the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Anchorage (LPD 23), signals an MH-60S helicopter, attached to the “Dragon Whales” of Helicopter Sea Combat (HSC) 28, during a vertical replenishment in the Mediterranean Sea, Oct. 30, 2018.
