Lance Cpl. Shakeel Bovell prepares a ladder to reinforce a defensive fighting position during a Marine Corps Combat Readiness Evaluation (MCCRE) at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Nov. 6, 2018. Marines with Bravo Company, 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group took part in the MCCRE to prove their skills in counter mobility and survivability on the battlefield. The Marines were graded on their speed and proficiency while deploying defensive battle and counter mobility stations against the enemy.
