Raqqah Internal Security Force (RISF) members, training instructors, and RISF leaders participate in a graduation ceremony held at Ayn Issa training site in Raqqah, Syria, Oct. 11, 2018. Under Operational Reliable Partnership, the Coalition and its partners ensure RISF is resilient and self-sustaining.
