Local employees sweep the entrance way of a power substation in Manbij, Syria, Oct. 15, 2018. Workers cleared the way to allow construction and electrical equipment to enter the facility. About 20 Civil Administration employees work together to fix facilities and improve operations that will provide electricity for the people and businesses of Manbij. The Coalition will continue to work in close coordination with partner forces to deliver a lasting defeat of ISIS, which remains a significant threat to the region and the world.
