181102-N-HV627-1942 POHANG, South Korea (Nov. 2, 2018) Builder Constructionman Brian Goodson, from Shelby, N.C., Builder Constructionman Andrew Lopez, from Knightdale, N.C., and Construction Electrician Constructionman Ibrahim Mintoumba, from Pittsburgh, all assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. Chinhae, South Korea, assist Republic of Korea (ROK) Seabees in shoveling gravel to mix with concrete during an airfield damage repair project. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
