Members from the 374th Surgical Operations Squadron perform a septorhinoplasty, a procedure performed to reconstruct a nasal passage and improve a patient's breathing by reconstructing the cartilaginous and bony structure of the nose, at Yokota's base hospital, Nov. 9, 2011. The 374th MSGS performs 15 to 20 procedures per month.
