U.S. Army Europe's new Chief of Staff German Brig. Gen. Hartmut Renk gives a few remarks after he receives the historic U.S. Army Europe Patch during a patch ceremony.
"It's a great fortune for me and I really feel very happy to be the chief of staff of this traditional and famous formation," Renk said. "I feel very honored to get this chance."
