EL PASO, Texas – Lorraine Gomez (right), chief executive officer of the Child Crisis Center of El Paso, explains the operations and processes of her organization to Col. As the predominant entity of the Fort Bliss Mobilization and Deployment Brigade/Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security, the 210th RSG pooled their resources to raise 1,978 diapers and 5,940 baby wipes as part of the unit’s community outreach initiative in tandem with the Child Crisis Center of El Paso.
