    Don Gallegos, a quality assurance inspector looks down to certify a load of debris at the Oak Haven temporary debris disposal site in Dougherty County, Georgia. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers along with local government officials, started debris removal activity in Georgia, under the direction of the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency (GEMA/HS) and Federal Emergency Management Agencies (FEMA) as part of the FEMA debris mission assignment.
    Collection will only occur on the right of way curbside of public roads. This right of way extends 10 feet from the edge of the road outward. Debris should be separated into six categories: electronics, large appliances, hazardous waste, vegetative debris, construction debris and household garbage.
