GERMANTOWN, Tenn. (Nov. 4, 2018) Deputy Commander, Navy Recruiting Command Rear Adm. Andrew J. Mueller speaks during the Massing of the Colors ceremony. The Massing of the Colors is an annual ceremony held to display faith in the United States and support to the national colors, which consist of the U.S. flag and U.S. military ceremonial flags. Color guards from Active, Reserve and National Guard military components, including local Reserve Officer Training Corps and Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps participated in this event.
